Guiding people back to vibrant health through the time-tested wisdom of Ayurveda
So you can feel your best naturally,
without sacrificing the life you love.
You’ve tried everything— and still don’t feel like yourself.
You're not broken. You're just being spoken to in a language no one has taught you.
You may eat well.
You move your body.
You've seen the doctors, tried the supplements, maybe even overhauled your diet more than once.
And yet….
The fatigue is still there.
Inflammation.
Pain.
Excess weight.
And it’s keeping you from living life on your terms.
These aren't signs that something is wrong with you.
They're signs your body is asking for something different.
In Ayurveda, your symptoms aren't random — they're information.
Every person has a unique constitutional blueprint, and when life pulls you out of alignment, your body speaks up.
The puffiness. The inflammation. The stubborn weight. The elevated cholesterol. Possibly even elevated blood pressure, blood sugar, liver enzymes.
These are your body saying this isn't working for me.
The answer isn't another protocol designed for someone else's body.
It's learning what your body actually needs — and giving it that.
This is what life looks like on the other side.
Easeful digestion.
Sustained energy.
A new lightness and clarity of body and mind.
Quiet contentment and grounded presence.
Even when life gets busy.
Not because you're perfectly doing all the “right” things.
But because your body is deeply nourished at the cellular level.
That vitality shines through your skin.
Your energy.
Your presence.
You feel like yourself again.
Working with Alex has been absolutely life‑changing. Through her Ayurvedic guidance, I've gained a clear understanding of what my body truly needs — something I struggled with for years. I thought I'd never be able to overcome the effects of hypothyroidism and menopause, but Alex helped me reconnect with my body and my spirit. I feel lighter and healthier than I have in years — I've lost 10 pounds of fat, but even more importantly I've regained my energy, clarity, and peace. I can't recommend her enough — she's truly gifted and deeply compassionate.
The Journey, in four phases.
Each person's program and process is adapted to meet their unique needs and circumstances. However, this is the general arc of our work together.
The goal isn't perfect control or endless restriction.
It's learning how to care for yourself and live fully — on your terms.
Discover & Understand
We begin with a thorough Ayurvedic consultation so I can understand the full picture of your health — where you've been, where you are now, and where you'd like to go.
We'll look at your diet, digestion, sleep, energy, movement, hormones, stress, emotions, daily habits, medications, supplements, and anything else that feels relevant to your story.
I also use traditional Ayurvedic assessment tools — observing the tongue, face, nails, and ears — which offer meaningful clues about what's happening beneath the surface.
Together, we'll clarify what success looks like for you — though many clients arrive hoping for one thing and leave most moved by what they didn't know they needed.
Cleanse & Transform
From there, I create a cleanse designed specifically for you. Not a generic plan or one-size-fits-all reset. A personalized process built around your body, your history, your current needs, and your capacity.
This includes individualized food guidance, herbal education, lifestyle practices, nervous system support, and — when helpful — labwork-informed nutrition.
This stage is often where the deeper shifts begin. The body starts letting go of ama — or whatever no longer serves. As the channels open, body, mind, and spirit move with greater ease. Agni (metabolism) strengthens. You feel lighter, clearer, and more embodied.
Sometimes this phase can feel intense. Healing asks something of us.
“Half an inch behind your pain is bliss.”
a teaching from my beloved teacher
Just beyond the discomfort is the change you so deeply desire.
Heal & Integrate
Once we've cleared away what no longer serves, we focus on what we want to flourish in your being — nourishing and rejuvenating (rasayana).
This is where we feed the tissues, bolster the nervous system, and restore your energy. It's also where we bridge the gap between the intensive bubble of a cleanse and the realities of day-to-day living.
Your schedule. Your family. Your preferences. Life happening.
Because the goal is not to live the rest of your life in a perfectly controlled environment. The goal is for you to learn how to care for yourself — and to live your life.
Thrive & Sustain
Thriving doesn't mean perfect health or never struggling again. It means having more energy, more clarity, more resilience — and a deeper relationship with your Self and your body.
It means knowing how to care for yourself when life gets full. It means feeling empowered instead of confused.
Some people move into this phase quickly. Others cycle through cleanse, integrate, and thrive more than once. All of us oscillate between integration and thriving on some level. That is completely normal.
Healing and being healthy are never linear. We are always learning, adjusting, becoming.
My role is to help you experience more thrive in your real life — and give you the tools to return to it again and again.
“I have never done a cleanse so complete and thoughtful. I upleveled in my body, mind, and spirit. I have not felt so good in years.”

- An initial 60-minute Ayurvedic consultation
- A personalized nutrition and lifestyle plan for your constitution
- Herbal education for your system in this season
- 8 hours of 1:1 Zoom consults at the rhythm you need
- Email and messaging support between sessions
- A cleanse designed exactly for you
We'll talk through fit, structure, and investment together on your free Reclaim Your Body Call.
Reclaim Your Body CallWhat people ask before saying yes.
Do I have to do an intense cleanse?
A cleanse is part of every Journey — but a cleanse doesn't have to mean hard, restrictive, or austere. It has to meet you exactly where you are.
For one person, a cleanse might be as light as a technology cleanse — stepping back from screens and constant input. For another, it might be as deep as a traditional mono-diet with internal oleation.
The shape it takes depends on you: your goals, your constitution, your stage of life, the season of the year, and what will best support the whole of you right now.
We find that shape together.
What if I have a chronic condition or specific medical issue?
Many people who come to me are interested in Ayurvedic education while navigating real health complexity — chronic digestive issues, hormonal shifts, fatigue, inflammation, sleep struggles, stubborn weight, and more. Ayurveda offers a way of understanding and caring for the whole person, and the educational support I provide can be a meaningful complement to the medical care you're already receiving.
A note on scope: my work is educational, not medical. I don't diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any health condition, and the information I share isn't a substitute for the advice or care of your physician or other licensed providers. If you're navigating a chronic or active medical condition, please continue working closely with them — and consult them before making any changes to your current regimen based on what you learn through our work together.
On our call, we'll talk through your situation and whether what I offer is a good fit for you right now.
How is this different from working with a nutritionist?
Both nutrition and Ayurveda care deeply about how food shapes your health. What Ayurveda adds is another layer of questions on top.
Beyond “is this food healthy?”, Ayurveda asks: is it healthy for you, right now? Every food has qualities — heating or cooling, heavy or light, building or scraping, moist or drying — and those qualities interact with your unique constitution, your current state of imbalance, the season, your digestive fire, your stress, your sleep. A bowl of raw vegetables might be the perfect meal for one person and exactly the wrong one for another, even on the same day.
So we work with food, yes — but also with rhythm, herbs, breath, daily practice, and the deeper question of what's keeping your body out of alignment in the first place. Most clients describe it as nutrition-plus-everything-around-it.
How will I know if this is right for me?
That's exactly what your Reclaim Your Body Call is for. It's free, it's about 30 minutes, and you'll leave with a clearer sense of whether this work is a fit — even if the answer is “not right now.” I'd rather you know with confidence either way than guess.

Let's talk.
This is just a 30-minute conversation where we get to know each other, better understand what you're navigating, and figure out together whether The Journey is the right next step.
There's no pressure. Just the two of us, talking honestly about what your body's been asking for.
If The Journey is a fit, we'll begin. If it's not, you'll leave with at least one helpful direction — and my best wishes regardless.
